Self-hosted photography delivery platform replacing Pixieset at a fraction of the cost. Photographer gets a public portfolio, a dashboard to manage galleries, and a client-facing delivery flow with password-protected access, on-the-fly thumbnails via Sharp, and bulk zip downloads streamed to object storage without touching disk.

Multi-page marketing site for a neighborhood pool hall open daily noon to 2am. Dark upscale aesthetic — deep teal, felt greens, and gold — conveys the bar's welcoming no-frills atmosphere while still looking polished. Covers drink specials, pool rates, APA league nights, and hours.
